would you recommend to stay at Mountain Home RV Park (http://www.mtnhomervpark.com/) or Mountain Home KOA (http://www.koa.com/where/id/12125/)?
Mountain RV park???
Goofy, I have never stayed at either. It depends on what you would like. The trees at the KOA are more mature, but the KOA is in town. The Mtn. Home RV Park is on the edge of town, close to the Wal-Mart, easy on and off the freeway.
Have you ever been to Mountain Home? Don%26#39;t expect mountains. It%26#39;s flat and deserty and windy.
Best Regards,
Pug
Mountain RV park???
Goofyname; I would recommend the Mountain Home RV Park. This is a year around park 1/4 off I84 at exit 95.The park is new with wide well lite streets, sites are all at lest 30'; wide with level concrete pads that will accommodate even the largest units.
The shower building has 8 private showers and 1 for handicapped.
The office is a large 2 story building, with a laundry room,a small coffee shop,2 conference/party rooms. The park also has free cable tv and wifi available.
After you register the park host or hostis will lead you to your site
and assist you with your hookups.
Rates are reasonable and by night, week or month.
I%26#39;m sure, you%26#39;ll have to check, but i think KOA is closed in the winter months.
Hoped this helped. Jim
