After spending many nights in double beds looking for a clean comfortable place. Narrowed down to Resort City, Shilo and Ameritel. Size of the room and breakfast included helps. Any recommendations??
Clean ,Comfortable, ???
I haven%26#39;t stayed at any of the three, but my observations would be that the best location of the three would be Resort City, BUT it%26#39;s also a smaller chain and probably not up to the standards room-wise of the other two.
I know people who%26#39;ve stayed at the Ameritel and they%26#39;ve liked it -- same thing for Shilo Inn.
If you%26#39;re going to be doing a lot of walking, then Resort City might be the best choice since it%26#39;s just a few short blocks from the resort and the downtown area, but the other two are only 5 minutes away at the most and my hunch would be that they offer better amenities.
Sorry I can%26#39;t be of more help....

If you want to walk everywhere downtown Resort City is in a great location. The only better location is the Coeur d%26#39;Alene resort iteself. You might also check out the brand new Hampton Inn on Seltice - I hear it is pretty nice. It is close to downtown just off the freeway.
