BEWARE of reservationist/so called manager Mike at The Pennays Lodge
-needs a huge lesson in customer service. I would not book this lodge ever because he is RUDE the 2 times I inquired about reservations. If Mike is the first impression it is the Last, he reflects the level of service you may get on your vacations!!!
Pennays LodgeWell that maybe the case of one person, but Pennays is a good place to stay as you can%26#39;t get closer to the River Run ski lifts than Pennay%26#39;s.
I would suggest that if you want to stay there and i do recommend Penneys then ask to speak to the owner Alan Pennay and book via him. If you have a problem with Mike then let Alan know, as your holiday shouldn%26#39;t stop if one manager is rude.
