who knows about the weather...well, in the mountains we say, ';if you dont%26#39; like the weather, wait 5 minutes. i have seen it snow, rain and the warmest day, all in one. it should be 70=80, each year is so different.
boise is pretty laid back, but you can dress up for dinner or go casual. it is more dressy than in Sun Valley, even tho, some of the richest people in the world live here. you can go to a party in dress up sweats. But, Boise, kind of a hep town and i love it . if you need any other ideas , let me know. enjoy
