We drove through here several years ago and will be back in the area soon. Can anyone recommed a restaurant/hotel?
What's to do
There is a old hotel up on main strip of Kellogg, its where you stay in a bedroom, and have a public bathrooms. Its so awesome, with a neat spooky atmosphere. Its almost feels like you are back in the 1900%26#39;s when people road horses, and shot pistols.
What's to do
Kellogg area is continuing to change as it transitions from mining to recreation. A couple of choices to think about in lodging. Morning Star Lodge at Silver Mountain are the condo%26#39;s at the gondola base station, they do daily rentals of the condo%26#39;s. Their web site is : www.silvermt.com/morning-star-lodge.htm Another suggestion is the Baymont Inn and Suites in Kellogg, last suggestion is the Wallace Inn in Wallace.
This may be a little after the fact, but the Silverhorn Motor Inn has a nice affordable restaurant that is located on the west end of Cameron Avenue in Kellogg. I am not sure what the hours are, but I am sure you can call ahead during your planning phase.
