Where to convert currency in Rexburg or Idaho Falls

I%26#39;m living in the area for a while and have some UK pounds to convert into US dollars. All the banks in Rigby just look at me like I%26#39;m a foreigner or say they have to send it to Portland and will charge me $30. Is there somewhere quick and easy where I can convert currency in Rigby, Rexburg or Idaho Falls?

My husband travels internationally regularly and had heard Wells Fargo might be your best bet. You may need to find someone how has an account though....People are so ';home bound'; in this area of the country that you would think it wouldn%26#39;t be so hard. We usually have to do exchanges in SLC%26#39;s airport as we leave/return because of all the trouble. Hope that helps.

It%26#39;s even a pain in the neck in Boise. I eventually found a travel bureau that converted pounds to dollars last year... almost at par after the fees. I almost certainly would have had a better deal at the Houston airport (transfer point on my trip).

That reminds me... just after I got back from England, I ripped straight up to Vancouver. I got a much better deal at the exchange building just past the main crossing into Canada on I-5. Just saying...
