Hotels for under $100-$150?

We will be in the area sometime from May-August, depending when we officially decide to take our road trip vacation. Can anyone recommend any hotels that would be under $100 or $150 a night that are nice hotels in a nice location? We will have a car rental, so if we have to drive to the hotel, that is fine. We are just trying to get an idea of a budget for the trip.

It is just going to be a 34 female (me) and 31 male, no kids or pets, just us.

Thanks so much!

Hey, wideawake, how are ya?

If you%26#39;d like to be in the middle of things, look at the Statehouse Inn (being remodeled, soon to be Hotel 43) and the Grove Hotel. Both are upscale, but they have options in your price range. The best thing is, they%26#39;re right downtown.

My fiance and I were in downtown Boise last weekend and oh my, how it has changed since the 80s when I lived there... lots of restaurants, lots of people out strolling around, nice energy.

When we go to Boise we usually stay at the Bond Street Motel Apartments in one of the townhouse suites. It%26#39;s quiet but not too far out of the way, and there%26#39;s a full kitchen for my gour-mutt to cook in!

If you%26#39;re a bed and breakfast type of person, I recommend the Idaho Heritage Inn.

Have a great trip!
