Need CdA lake view B and B recommendations

My husband and I are celebrating our 5th anniversary Aug. 17-20. We would like to stay in a homey B and B on or overlooking the lake. We want to ride our 2 Seadoos so would need to park them, and need to know where to launch. We don%26#39;t need anything fancy or big - just nice, clean, homey and reasonably priced.

Old Stately home in downtown Coeur d%26#39;Alene. Close to a boat launch though.

This is on the Spokane river which turns into Lake Coeur d%26#39;Alene). This is located in a real residential area, so may not be what you%26#39;re looking for at all.

This is in Harrison on Lake Coeur d%26#39;Alene, about 45-55 minutes southeast of CdA.

This looks like it%26#39;s in a beautiful spot, but it%26#39;s a little south on St. Joe River, which runs into the lake.
