We had a great time in Coeur d%26#39;alene. The Super 8 was o.k., not as good as Days Inn but they were all booked. We enjoyed the Owl cafe, were there twice. The staff were wonderful and we had a great breaky and lunch. We also went to The Moontime, excellent choice as well. We went To the Dockside at the resort and also Bonsai Bistro so you can see we had a variety of meals. We did the State Fair and Silverwood and had a blast. We hiked part of The Centennial Trail and Tubbs Hill. Also saw a car race at StateLine. We only had 4 days so will have to come again to check out Wallace, Hiawatha Trail and the Mission. Thanks for all your help. If you ever have any quetions about Victoria let me know.

Glad to hear you had a great time, its been sunny and dry summer so a great time for your visit! Seen a lot more Canadians (Alberta and BC) this year in Coeur d%26#39; Alene, we use to have a lot of Canadian tourists but I think the exchange rate in the past cut down on the visits.

Glad you had a great time -- it%26#39;s really a neat little city. Also glad you tried the Owl Cafe. That%26#39;s been there forever and the oldtimers will just sit and shoot the breeze (at least they used to -- hope it hasn%26#39;t changed too much).

I%26#39;m glad you mentioned the Speedway at Stateline. I always forget to mention that in the summer months. I think it%26#39;s a lot of fun.
